An innovative youth  program that empowers young people to become active agents of positive change through policy awareness creation and advocacy. We curate opportunities for policy makers to engage adolescents and young people on country policies that guide youth programming. We are intentional about building knowledge, skills, and confidence for adolescents and young people to engage, interrogate and advocate, using policy as their springboard.

We break down complex policy directives into clear actionable steps, fostering a deep understanding of how policy shapes youth programming and their daily lives.

We create platforms and opportunities for young people to connect and engage with experienced policy professionals and advocates for guidance and support.

Under the policy decipher programme we provide safe spaces and think tanks for research, communication and mobilization, equipping young people to effectively advocate for change through relevant country policies.
